I drove down 95 right before this happened that morning. It was more bottleneck Norwalk bullshit. They close off 2 out of 3 lanes for "construction" that has been going on for over a decade now causing insane traffic jams. It's the biggest nightmare I've ever seen and the state continues to do nothing to fix their infrastructure problems. Now something tragic finally happens and will they learn? No.. They'll spend the next decade "fixing the bridge" now, just causing more traffic hold ups and jams. You cant get anywhere in this freakin state.
